What a week! Between campus celebrations, city-wide proclamations, and social media contests; there was a lot to celebrate during PA Week in Minnesota.
Scandia and Otsego, Minnesota may be almost 40 miles apart, but the two cities stand together in promoting PA week in Minnesota. Thanks to MAPA Members, Josh Loew and Becky Randall, for successfully requesting proclamations!
Meanwhile, Minnesota PA Schools kept the spirit high with themed dress-up weeks, treats, and reflecting on their “why” as they study to become PAs. Check out these pictures from St Kate’s!
Our social media team highlighted MAPA PA Service events throughout the year by sharing stories like the First Aid event with Girl Scouts of the River Valleys and Minnesota PA Students Volunteering at the Special Olympics.
Finally, shout out to everyone who participated in MAPA’s social media contest. We loved hearing the many reasons you all chose to become PAs! Congrats to the following PAs for taking home prizes:
- Molly Lewis – One Year Subscription to Stat Pearls
- Jenny Flaherty – One Year MAPA Membership
- Elise Roxas – Tuition for the 2027 Fall CME
Thank you, MAPA PAs, for all you do everyday in your work to care for patients and elevate the PA profession.
