Presentations and Submissions

All presentations should be presented within the scope of practice and evidence-based.  Presentations should not be focused on self promotion or promoting a product / service the presenter is affiliated with.  The exhibit hall or product theaters provide opportunities for these types of promotion.

For easy transition between presentations, we prefer to pre load your presentation into one computer connected to the projector. Please submit your presentation (powerpoint preferred) at least 5 days prior to your presentation.

Disclosure Slide

Please provide a presentation slide to disclose any financial conflicts related to the talk or that you have nothing to disclose.  If talking about a product you made money from or received industry support for research, please disclose this.

We are not requiring you to use a powerpoint template as long as you use this disclosure. 

Honorariums

You will be sent a form to indicate your preference for an honorarium.  These will be awarded following the conference.

If you indicated a one night hotel room, we will make this reservation for you.  We will make it for Thursday evening, however, please let Tamara know if you need it for Wednesday night instead.

Conference Registration

As another Thank You, we are offering a deep discount for you to register for the conference on the day of your presentation for $50.  You will be able to earn CMEs and participate in other conference activities.

This can be found in the attendee conference registration form.

If you don’t plan to register for the conference that day, please arrive one hour prior to your presentation and check in at the registration table for your name tag and last minute instructions.
